Due to sandboxing rules on Mac App Store, NTFS Assistant Helper as below needs to be installed before reading/writing NTFS drive in Mac with NTFS Assistant.
Try M3 Bitlocker Loader if your NTFS drive is Bitlocker encrypted
1. Please safely eject external drive after using NTFS Assistant, otherwise, the data may be lost.
2. Before using NTFS Assistant, please uninstall other NTFS drivers (such as Paragon NTFS for Mac), because they would prevent NTFS Assistant recognizing your NTFS drive.
3. NTFS Assistant cannot mount encrypted NTFS drive. If NTFS drive is encrypted by Bitlocker, please try M3 Bitlocker Loader for Mac, it also can encrypt NTFS drive with Bitlocker on macOS.
How to enable NTFS read-write support with NTFS Assistant?
