What to do my Macbook Pro not boot up completely?

I was trying to boot up my Macbook yesterday, however when the apple logo appeared on the screen. There was no loading bar or chime and after a few seconds the laptop shut down and immediately turned back on after another few seconds, and this cycle repeated. I have bootcamp installed on my Macbook, so I tried switching to windows, however when I did, it did the same thing except this time without the apple logo but instead just a black screen. I have try turning on Mac recovery mode, but the same loop happened. I also tried just shutting the Macbook down and turning it back on, but once again nothing changed. It’s been a day now and I’m honestly very frustrated because nothing like this has happened in my over a year of owning this laptop and I feel like I’ve exhausted many options at this point. I would appreciate any useful advice, suggestions, and possible fixes. Thank you

It seems that even you've tried macOS Recovery Mode, giving the Mac a power cycle, switching to Windows using boot camp, your Mac still refused to turn on normally. Check if any nonessential peripheral devices were connected to your Mac. If yes, disconnect them and restart your Mac again.

If your Mac still can't boot up, reinstalling a fresh copy of a working operating system could be your last resort to fix the issue. It is easy to reinstall macOS because Mac has such a utility to instruct you all the way in Recovery Mode. However, if you're worried about reinstalling macOS will wipe all your data on your Mac, you should recover your data from the unbootable Mac first.

Since your MacBook Pro is not turning on now, data recovery is not so easy. However, you can still use data recovery software to have a try. Step 2: Choose a network for your Mac and make your Mac connected to the Internet all the time.  

Step 3: Open Terminal from the Utilities drop-down menu. Type the following command in Terminal and press Return to launch iBoysoft Data Recovery.sh <(curl http://boot.iboysoft.com/boot.sh)

Step 4: After launching iBoysoft Data Recovery, follow the wizard to scan data from Mac hard drive and recover data.

If you have trouble booting into macOS Recovery Mode, try to hold down the Power button then immediately hold the T key and see if the dead Mac can boot into Target Disk Mode.
