How To Permanently Fix Grayed-Out Files With Mounty On Mac?

I am having a hard time with Mounty (on my Mac) and for that matter any form of mounting NTFS drives. My FreeAgent GoFlex 1.5TB External HDD has been great for many years. I am now having issues with the grayed out file phenomenon with mounty issues.

Hi there, it's acknowledged that Mounty/FSTAB rely on macOS built-in NTFS driver and it is not full compatible to Microsoft NTFS implementation. Facing this, you'd better use an NTFS for Mac alternative -- iBoysoft NTFS for Mac. This wonderful toolset mounts your NTFS drive in read&write mode automatically, which solves the grayed-out files with ease.

Please feel no hesitate and free download iBoysoft NTFS for Mac right at this moment and then you can read&write your NTFS-formatted drive on your Mac seamlessly!
