After grandchild dumped a glass of water on my 2019 MacBook Pro with SSD Laptop is a brick - Apple can repair it but not save the data. Feel sorry but I have to tell you that it's impossible to recover data from a liquid-damage MacBook Pro 2019 since the SSD chips are soldered on the logic board and are encrypted by the T2 chip. The only solution that you can try is to send your device to the Apple Center for repair, and if the MacBook Pro is repaired well, then you can retrieve your files.
Please always back up your files with Time Machine or iCloud storage in case data loss happens unexpectedly some days.
