  • MacBook Air with Apple silicon (2020 and later)
  • MacBook Pro with Apple silicon (2020 and later)
  • MacBook Pro (16‑inch, 2019)
  • MacBook Pro (13‑inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
  • iMac (2020 and later)
  • Mac mini (2020 and later)
  • Mac Studio (2022 and later)
  • Mac Pro (2019 and later)

Among them, the Intel-based Macs are:

  • MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
  • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
  • iMac (27-inch, 2020)
  • Mac Pro (2019)

If your Mac supports it, you can feel free to download and install macOS Tahoe on your Mac.

These are also the last Intel models to receive major software releases. That said, macOS 26 Tahoe is the final version of macOS to support Intel-based Macs. If you have one of the compatible Intel Macs, your Mac can receive macOS Tahoe and its security updates for an additional three years. After that, Apple no longer updates it.
