The NTFS drive works on MacBook Pro but not on Mac mini

I recently bought a 2TB Seagate Slim external drive, which I intend to use to store pictures from my Windows and Mac computers. I formatted the disk as NTFS so that it could be utilized with both operating systems using Seagate's software. Using the MBP to format it, the disk functions flawlessly. I can write and read on the trip. However, I receive a permissions error stating that I only have "read" permission when I attempt to write to it from my Mac mini. I have not yet tested it on a PC. When I Google the issue, I come across several unofficial programs that say they can write to an NTFS drive. I'm not sure which of these programs I should install. Any suggestions? Regards.

NTFS is a read-only file system on macOS by default. There could be an NTFS driver on your MacBook Pro so that you can read and write to the NTFS driver formatted via Seagate's software. It could be an NTFS driver for Mac that came with the Seagate or you installed previously.

If you want to enable NTFS write support on Mac in three ways: Terminal command works on macOS Monterey and earlier, Boot Camp Assistant is available on Intel-based Macs, and NTFS driver for Mac supports all Mac models and most macOS versions. Among them, iBoysoft NTFS for Mac is a good choice, it automatically mounts the NTFS drive in read-write mode, and you can directly use the NTFS drive on Mac without any limitations.
