Why Does The Trash Bin Automatically Delete The Trashed File?

Hello all, there is a weird issue on my MacBook Pro (2018) after I upgraded to MacOS Ventura. When I am deleting any file, it goes to trash bin and immediately it deleted / disappears. I can't put it back, as I can't see the file as it automatically deleting permanently. Please help.

When you finish the macOS Ventura upgrade, you need to go to macOS Safe Mode where Apple sorts many anomalies Login and and tests. After that, reboot as normal and test, the Trash bin caches get rebuilt automatically!
