Disk Utility can't repair APFS volume, how to recover data?

Good day. I can't repair APFS Volume. I tried: diskUtil, fsck_apfs, repair from recovery mode. But nothing helps me. Also this volume is encrypted by FileVault (I remember password). So, maybe someone know what can I do to recover files/repair file system.

Step 3. After assigning required information to the drive, tap on the Erase button again. Once the formatting procedure is finished, click Done and exit Disk Utility.
