Can I recover deleted photos&videos on iCloud-synced iPhone?

Hello. I erased all of the images and movies off the phone, thinking that they would be saved in iCloud. Nevertheless, I don't think it's worth purchasing additional TBs if the necessary data cannot be recovered. But even though I tried wiping the data, I was only able to get the information that was already on the phone. Can I get my irreversibly erased pictures and videos back?

It seems that you have enabled iCloud for the Photos app on your iPhone, then any changes you made on your iPhone Photos are synced with iCloud, that is to say, when you delete the photos and videos in the Photos app on your iPhone, you also remove it from your iCloud, they are unavailable on all other iCloud-synced devices.

When you find you mistakenly deleted photos and videos on your iCloud-enabled iPhone, you can recover them from the Recently Deleted album, if you have already emptied the album, you can't recover them again unless you have created an iCloud backup for those items.

How to recover deleted data from Apple T2 MacBook?

I accidentally deleted my data on MacBook 2019 and want to restore it. I don't have a backup on the TimeMachine, so it's not available. I bought the Wondershare Recoverit software, but the software cannot scan my folders because of the Apple T2 security chip. The following message is always displayed: "Your Mac is equipped with the Apple T2 Security Chip. Files in the APFS file system cannot be scanned."

I have already disabled my System Integrity Protection and FileVault, but I still did not succeed.
