The external hard drive keeps disconnecting on my Mac!

I have a 5-bay Orico external case that houses 3 HDDs where I have all my video projects reside. For the past two weeks, I've been having a terrible problem with the drives ejecting randomly. It's been very frustrating as I have work to complete. Did anyone experience this before? How do you fix this problem? Note: I have Big Sur 11.6 FCPX v10.5.4
