How to Recover Data from SSD with No Trim?

Hello, yesterday my SSD (for os) didn't boot up for a while (bios hadn't seen it) and after sometime it suddenly loaded. Today I found an external HDD to clone a ssd. Unfortunately, windows are not going to load, after spinner computer start reloading. Fortunately, now bios see a SSD. I have loaded from livecd (windows) and try to recover information. R studio could not read disk, but recuva x64 could find some information (17 of 200 gb).
