Hi there, you cannot remove apps that are included with macOS. Furthermore, I find that removing included apps has nothing to do with the space-saving since Cheese only runs 4.7 MB and Siri takes up 2.5 MB. For more space, you're recommended to clean useless files and system data.

You are recommended to use iBoysoft MagicMenu here, which presents all system data, installed applications, app packages, caches, support folders, user logs, system documents, etc. with a clean and understandable visualization table, manifesting which files or folders are taking up much space on your hard drives.

With it, you can clean up all unwanted files and third-party apps from your Mac, and then you'll get a lot of available space.
