It seems that your USB drive is likely corrupted during BitLocker encryption. To deal with this issue, you can recover data from the BitLocker encrypted drive and then format it to regain access.

To retrieve your data, you'll need a reliable BitLocker data recovery tool. iBoysoft Data Recovery for Windows is highly recommended, which is able to perform a thorough scan of your BitLocker encrypted USB stick and complete the tasks as followings:

  • Retrieve files from damaged or corrupted BitLocker drive
  • Recover accidentally deleted files from BitLocker encrypted drive
  • Recover files from the missing, deleted, or lost BitLocker partition
  • Recover lost data from BitLocker encrypted drive which is mistakenly formatted in Windows XP or by the third-party formatting tool.

Additionally, this BitLocker recovery software also supports a wide variety of storage devices, including external hard disks, SSDs, USB flash drives, SD cards, etc. To recover data from your BitLocker USB stick, do the following:

Step 1: Download and install iBoysoft Data Recovery for Windows.

Step 2: Launch the BitLocker recovery software, and select the "BitLocker Recovery" module.

Step 3: Choose your encrypted BitLocker drive and click Next.

Step 4: Enter your password or recovery key and click OK.

Step 5: After completing the scanning, you can select the files you want to restore, click Recover and save them to a different location.

Once you have recovered the needed files, you can format the BitLocker drive to resolve the issue
