Hello, I'm sorry you can't recover the files for they were deleted over one year.
If you enabled iCloud syncing before, you can't recover, too. Because iCloud can only recover the recently deleted files for 30 days. Therefore, there is no way to recover any deleted data from a year ago with an iCloud backup.
Maybe you can ask for help from the local Apple staff and look for some professional advice.
