What if the iMac Fusion Drive died, no backup or bootable?

My late 2015 27" iMac 3.2 GHz i5 may have just had its Fusion Drive fail. The macOS Utilities is where it opens (see below). I'm very certain that I'm using macOS 12 and am not using Ventura. Is disk2s5 mentioned under "Internal the FD" below? Is it confirmed to be dead because it is greyed out? Sadly, "make a copy bootable drive" is still on my list of things to accomplish. I do have both Backblaze and a Time Machine backup. In addition, I could make a bootable disk out of my 480GB SSD. What ought to be my initial action? I am very grateful.

The Fusion Drive should display in Disk Utility as a whole drive, but it split according to the pictures you post. Then, the first step you should take is to recover Fusion Drive files and then repair the drive.

As the iMac is still bootable, you can run iBoysoft Data Recovery in macOS recovery mode to save your Fusion Drive files. Running Terminal commands to launch this data recovery software and scan the Fusion Drive for lost files.

After you have recovered data from the drive, you can go on creating the Fusion Drive again on Mac by running Terminal commands in macOS recovery mode, this process will delete all drive data, make sure you have already recovered the wanted files first.
