Hi, I bought a MacBook Air in March 2020, and it has never worked properly. Before the one-year warranty expired, I took it to Apple, but unfortunately, the problems continued and even got worse.
Since then, it has had recurring unexpected shutdowns, kernel panics, and other hardware issues. I don’t use it daily, so I didn’t pursue another repair right away, but I have reported the unexpected shutdowns to Apple whenever they occurred.
Since these issues started during the warranty period and the original repair did not fix them, I’d like to know if any of you have better solutions to resolve the problem. Thanks in advance
Apple’s usual troubleshooting generally involved erasing the system to determine if the issue is due to software issue or hardware issues. Since your MacBook Air always goes wrong, you’d better make a backup to protect your file data before it goes crashed.
