Is it possible to right-click the highlighted file without the mouse?

As it turns out, you can use mouse keys to right-click. The issue is that it right-clicks on the pointer’s location. Instead, I would prefer that it right-click the highlighted file! My best option is to move the mouse pointer to the file using the mouse keys, then right-click by pressing Control-5. However, that method of dragging the pointer is awkward and slow.

Is it possible to do this without using mouse keys to move the mouse pointer so that a right-click selects the highlighted file rather than the one that just seems to be under the mouse pointer? I searched the internet but to no avail.

With the Mouse key enabled on Mac, you can control the mouse with the keyboard, but there is no way to select the highlighted content with the Mouse key.

To right-click the highlighted items on Mac without a mouse, instead, what I can figure out is to use Trackpad to select the desired item, then press and hold the Control key, and click on the Trackpad to activate a right-click.
