How to quickly record my screen on a Mac?

Hi, guys, I’m looking for a quick way to record my screen on a Mac. Due to my work, I often need to attend important online meetings, but there’s a lot of content to keep track of. So, I must record the screen to review and organize key points later. Is there a quick way to do this?

Mac’s built-in screen recording tool usually involves multiple steps, making it hard to achieve quick screen recording. In contrast, third-party software can help you record your screen much faster. For example, iBoysoft MagicMenu is a right-click extension tool that I’ve used for screen recording. After a simple setup, you can start recording with just one click, making the process incredibly fast and convenient.
Here is how to use it:

  1. Download iBoysoft MagicMenu on your Mac.
  2. Click Extension in the main interface, find Screen Capture, and click the download button next to it. Now, Screen Capture (including screen recording) is in your right-click menu.
  3. Right-click on your screen, choose Screen Capture > Screen Recording.

With this extension, you can record your screen effortlessly just by right-clicking.

You can use some free screen recording tools, such as OBS Studio, QuickTime Player, and ScreenRec. However, these tools may have complex interfaces, and some free versions may have time limitations.

I’v also used this software. In addition to screen recording, it also allows me to take screenshots, create new files and folders with a right-click, and more. Overall, these right-click features have significantly improved my work efficiency.
