Can't Access Files on BitLocker-encrypted USB Drive on Mac

I tried to open a file on a USB flash drive that is encrypted using BitLocker on my MacBook Pro 13", unfortunately, I failed. Any solutions? Thx!

BitLocker is a disk encryption feature in Windows. It is used to protect your data by encrypting the entire drive.

Since BitLocker is a Microsoft technology, Apple’s macOS doesn’t have native support for opening or managing BitLocker-encrypted drives.
