NTFS for Mac Won't Mount on MacBook Pro M1

When I tried to mount an NTFS External SSD on my MacBook Pro M1 on Mac, nothing happened. I click on Mount, Loader appears and disappears and nothing happens. What is the problem?

According to your description, firstly, you need to know that macOS can natively mount NTFS drives in read mode but you can't write it. So you can try:

(1)Use a professional NTFS driver for Mac. iBoysoft NTFS for Mac can seamlessly mount, read, and write the NTFS drive on Mac, and you don't need to do reformatting.

(2)Ensure your NTFS drive is well-powered.

(3)Do the First Aid in the Disk Utility.

(4)Change Finder preferences to show external disks on Mac.

(5)Disable or uninstall third-party antivirus/VPN.

(6)Format your NTFS drive on a Mac. Be careful to backup all the files before this action.

Hope you can fix the trouble.
