NTFS External Drives Won't Mount after Security Update on Mac (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49221)

Deeply frustrating. Manual mounting is possible, with DiskManager bypass; but the media server remains broken as a result. Can the update be removed?

Don't worry, it's easy to fix.

After macOS updates, it's common to encounter that the NTFS drive can't mount on Mac because there are some macOS bugs or incompatible with the NTFS drivers.

You'd better utilize an effective tool to mount your NTFS drive like iBoysoft NTFS for Mac, which can excellently fix that NTFS external drive can't mount on Mac issues.

Or you can reinstall macOS, you can download the compatible macOS versions on the official website. Boot your Mac into macOS Recovery Mode then do the reinstallnation. But this method is so difficult, why not try iBoysoft NTFS for Mac?
