How To Recover Lost Excel Files Without AutoRecovery On Mac?

Good day, everyone. After saving all files, closing them, and quitting all applications, I rebooted my Mac Pro. When the device restarted, my key Excel file wasn't there. There was no trace in neither Finder nor Time Machine. I searched the Excel file according to the following path: Finder > Go > Library > Application Support > Microsoft > Office > Office AutoRecovery but it wasn't there. It seems that my Excel file doesn't exist at all but I promise that I said it well before the device reboot. Can anyone tell me how to recover my Excel files without AutoRecovery?
