A MacBook Pro released in 2018 with a T-2 security chip indicates that you need a functional logic board to access and decrypt the SSD. You can contact some professional data recovery services to see if they can repair your dead logic board first. Only if the logic board is not damaged or corrupted, can your data be recovered.

If they cannot, then I am sorry to tell you that you're out of luck getting your files and data back. You can also contact Apple or AASP for professional advice to repair your MacBook Pro for further use.

Tips: A full backup of your computer is indispensable to avoid any computer crash and data loss, you'd better utilize Time Machine to back up your Mac device when you run it for the first time.
