Is any software recommended to recover lost Documents Mac?

I emptied the trash after deleting everything I had downloaded. Alternatively, I believed this. When I attempted to get a document the following day, though, I found that all of my documents had been erased. According to Apple support, they think I removed the files from the "recent" files rather than the "download" files. Nonetheless, I thought I was being cautious. In any case, I lacked an external disk and iCloud did not backup these files. Someone advised me to utilize EaseUS for this data recovery, however, they charge $90, and I'm not sure whether they're reliable. Are there any more cost-effective and effective programs?

When you delete the files from Downloads, it shouldn't affect the Documents folder. If you find any data lost on your Mac and there is no available backup for you to restore, you should consider third-party data recovery software.

Here, I'd like to recommend;iBoysoft Data Recovery for Mac, it supports the latest macOS Sequoia and works on both Intel Macs and Apple Silicon Macs. It scans the selected storage to search for the deleted/lost data and enables you to preview the scanned results before recovering. You can free download it to have a try!
