Windows 10 requires bitlocker password for ipod classic

I have a 30GB iPod classic (I think it is very old). I wanted to sync it with iTunes, but iTunes couldn’t recognize it. Then I noticed that Windows 10 asks for a BitLocker password. However, the weird thing is I already reset the device to the factory settings, and it shouldn’t ask for it, I guess. I tried the same process both in normal and disk mode. Can someone tell me what is wrong here?

Try these steps:

  1. In the search bar on the taskbar, type BitLocker. A list of search results appears.

  2. Click Manage BitLocker. The BitLocker Drive Encryption window appears.

  3. In the BitLocker Drive Encryption window that appears, find the drive that you want to decrypt and click the Turn Off BitLocker link. You receive a message saying that the drive will be decrypted.

  4. Click Turn Off BitLocker. The decryption process starts immediately.

  5. Close the BitLocker Drive Encryption window. Then you’re all set!
