I installed the macOS Golden Gate Beta to test out the new system. It’s been somwhat stable. Today, it suddenly became extremely sluggish when typing. I thought rebooting the Mac would help but it didn’t. How can i fix this?
I noticed something similar and fixed it by disabling shake mouse pointer. Here are the steps:
- Go to System Settings → Accessibility → Display → Pointer.
- Turn off “Shake mouse pointer to locate.”
- Reset the pointer colours/settings to their defaults.
