It seems there is malware on my MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017, how to fix it?

I have tried using the administrator password multiple times and it never works, what’s going on here? Is my machine attacked by malware or a virus? How can I get the administrator password to work?

  1. Are you certain you’re typing the admin password correctly? With any necessary upper and lower case letters, etc.?
  2. Does someone else have access to this Mac who knew the admin password, and now may have changed it without telling you?
