However, when I opened the app and clicked Extension on the sidebar to enter the extension store, it got stuck. The extension store keeps on loading. I have waited a long time, what should I do?
Have you tried force-quitting the app and then restarting it? Since temporary errors inevitably happen on third-party apps, restarting is the standard fix.
I have encountered the same issue and contacted the iBoysoft support team. It tells me to turn off my third-party security protection software and antivirus software because these types of apps could prevent the connection between MagicMenu and the internet, making the extension store fail to load the gadgets from the iBoysoft server.
Where did you get the iBoysoft MagicMenu installer? If you download it from an unknown source rather the iBoysoft official website or the App Store, you may get a malware-infected app.
