Since your MacBook can’t boot, your best bet is to take out the internal hard drive, put it into an external enclosure, and connect it to another Mac to access your data.

If you can’t find a proper enclosure, try getting a Mac with the same model and year, then install the hard drive on this Mac to access the data.
