How to Mount an ISO file on macOS Sonoma?

I had no problem mounting ISO files in the past, but they stopped mounting after updating to macOS Sonoma. How should I fix it?

Try executing the following command, and then try mounting the ISO again.

sudo kmutil load -p /System/Library/Extensions/udf.kext

If nothing helps, try mounting the ISO on a Windows PC to access the content.
