How can I right-click from a MacBook Pro’s keyboard instead of using the mouse?
There are several ways to right-click on a Mac with the trackpad. Choose the one that suits you most below.
- Press the Control button, move the cursor to the content you want to right-click, then press once on the trackpad.
- Move the cursor to where you need a right-click, then single-tap on the trackpad with two fingers simultaneously.
- Place the cursor on the content you want to right-click, put your index finger on the trackpad and your middle finger next to it, then click with your thumb.
- You can also click in the bottom left or right corner instead of clicking with two fingers by modifying the setting in System Settings > Trackpad > Secondary click.
