Can't right-click to copy and paste with trackpad on 2020 MacBook Pro

I’ve been right-clicking with my trackpad to copy and paste on my old 2020 MacBook Pro all the time. Yet I can’t do the same thing for my new Mac. I’ve also tried to change some trackpad settings to fix it. How can I get it to work?

Try pressing the Control key while clicking on the trackpad to perform a right-click.

You can also download iBoysoft MagicMenu to copy and paste through right-clicking.

Make sure you’ve enabled Secondary click in System Preferences/Settings > Trackpad.
