Any Good Alternative to Tuxera NTFS for Mac? Write Speed Is too Slow!

I need to write an NTFS drive frequently on Mac and currently test out the Tuxera NTFS for Mac in trial. But I'm experiencing significantly slow write speed. This is impacting my workflow, and I'm in search of a more efficient alternative. Ideally, I'm looking for a solution that offers better performance, specifically in terms of write speed.
