Is It Possible To Recover Overwritten Time Machine Backup?

Hi everyone, please lend me a hand. Once I replaced the SSD and installed the OS again, I made the dumb error of being irresponsible and overwriting the correct Time machine backup file of my Mac (with all the files, images, etc.) with a backup file of a "clean" Mac. Basically, a "empty" mirror of my computer has replaced all the data from the old Time Machine backup. Is it possible to get the files back from the previous backup? A few third-party apps, perhaps? Help, please, please!

Hi there, provided that the Time Machine backup files were overwritten with a backup file in a clean Mac, it's tough to tell if they were erased totally or just partially, you can give iBoysoft Data Recovery Software a try to scan the Time Machine backup drive thoroughly for lost files.

In addition, re-utilize the old hard drive on your Mac and see if there is a local APFS Snapshot, which captures all files and folders on your Mac at the previous point, helping you perform data recovery.
