How to Fix USB Drive Not Showing on My Mac?

My DataTraveler USB doesn't show up on the desktop, in Disk Utility, or in Terminal. It does show in System Report and Activity Monitor (as fsck_msdos). How can I repair it and use it? I have no problem losing all of the data. Please help. Thanks.
