Hi there, based on your description, I guess the trouble happens due to the iPad OS error. You're recommended to update the operating system in order to rule out the trouble.
Step 1: Click Settings on your iPad.
Step 2: Locate the General tab and then click Software Update.
Step 3:If there is an OS update available, update your iPad operating system immediately.
After the OS update, go to check if the trouble still hovers.
