How To Fix Fusion Drive Won't Mount On iMac?

I restarted my iMac Friday night, as I always do before running the backup app. The Apple logo appeared, the white bar went halfway across, then it went black. Happened multiple times, after I unplugged all the devices, unplugged the Mac itself for a minute, tried safe boot, and zapped the PRAMs. My computer guy said the drive locked itself. He can't unlock it because it won't mount. Any suggestions, as to how to unlock the thing? Or access it otherwise?

There are sorts of ways to fix the Fusion Drive won't mount on iMac, and you can have a quick look: mount the Fusion Drive with the Terminal, run Disk Utility First Aid to repair the Fusion Drive, use Terminal to fix the unmounted Fusion Drive, fix the unmounted Fusion Drive with FSCK, reset NVRAM, enter Safe Mode, erase the Fusion Drive and reinstall macOS.

But before working on any professional solutions, the top-tier business you have to carry out is to get all the files and documents out or you will suffer from data loss.

You are supposed to boot into iBoysoft Mac Recovery Mode to complete the data recovery mission. For more details, please visit: Fix iMac Fusion Drive Not Mounting in macOS Recovery Mode
