Hi there, when the external hard drive with Apple file system doesn't mount on your Mac, check the connection through a change of cable, adaptor, or port. Or, you can give force mount a try.

If your hard drive with NTFS file system cannot mount on your Mac after the macOS Ventura update, try to uninstall the NTFS for Mac laid on your device and give iBoysoft NTFS for Mac a chance, which always keeps out-of-date and supports any new macOS when it is officially released.
