How To Fix Corrupted Genuine Photofast i-Flash Drive After Data Transferring?

I bought a genuine Photofast i-flash drive from an Apple store in Bangkok, after using it for the first time (photo transferred from 6Plus to flash drive to PC file, the drive has become corrupted and does not appear on my PC anymore. I tried reconnecting it to my phone but I get an error msge on the Photo One app that the product is not connected, or the drive may be faulty. Do you know how to fix a corrupt flash drive please?

Hi there, based on your description, I can tell that your Photofast Genuine i-flash drive got failed and this issue happened due to the poor quality of the drive. You'd better contact the Photofast team for compensation or replacement.

All drive manufacturers should be responsible for their own warranties, not Apple. Hope you can get a reasonable explanation from Photofast about the external hard drive corruption trouble.

Take care~
