How to fix micro SD card not readable by this computer?

I have a 16GB micro SD card, but it is unreadable on my smartphone and computer. When I inserted the micro SD card into the Mac computer with a card reader, I got an error saying "the disk you inserted was not readable by this computer". This micro SD card worked fine before, please help!

Solution 1: Fix the unreadable micro SD card via First Aid
